Are eTools hard to install?
If you can read and know how to drag-and-drop, you can install eTools. The process is short and easy and we provide step-by-step plain english instructions on how to do it. If you still run into trouble, you can always email us for help.

Are eTools difficult to use?
No way!. If you know how to send an email with Outlook or Outlook Express, you can use eTools.

Can I order for everyone in the office?
Absolutely. Our order system is set up to handle one order at a time so you would need to contact us for pricing based on your needs.

What if I need to make changes?
Most changes are easy. You may be able to do them yourself.

How much will my eTools cost?
The one time cost is $200.00 for your custom eTools email. Remember: no monthly cost, no cost per email sent, FREE hosting of your images.

How would I pay for my eTOOLS?
Once your order is received, you will get an email from the eTools Team with a PayPal button. You can use a credit card or any other method PayPal accepts.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We will begin work on your eTools as soon as we have the necessary files and payment has been processed. Delivery will be made to you via email in as soon as one to two business days.

What do I need to know before ordering eTools?
A couple things:
• This will work with Mac/Apple's Leopard Mail and PC Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. We are working on getting eTools compatable with Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
• If you have a web site and would like the look of it copied, you won't need to do much. We will review your site with you to create your eTools email.
• If you don't have a web site or don't want to copy how yours looks, then you will need to have an idea of how you would like your eTools eMail to look. What links would you like to have (to your web site if any), what graphics (logo, picture(s), signature, etc.)?
